Launching Our Task Manager
It’s here. A lot of "task" and time management later, we are so excited to be launching our Task Manager.
You can now allocate a Task Set, or one-off tasks, to specific bookings and assign it to someone, be it yourself or someone on your team.
Wondering what a Task Set is?
Well, it's the many steps that you take repeatedly to deliver your services.
For example, this may include following up on a lookbook or itinerary you've shared with a potential client, or sending off an invoice, chasing funds when they’re not received, or liaising with your suppliers to organize the services your client has confirmed. All of these things you do again and again every time you take a booking. We call this combination of steps a "Task Set." Our Task Manager enables you to automatically assign these steps to every trip you plan with one click (ok, maybe two!).
So, why is task management important? And why should you use a task management tool like our Task Manager?
