Are you ready for 2025?
The year is beginning to wind down and 2025 is just around the corner. There could well be a lull through the middle of November and early December, before the festive season takes hold for many of us. There is also a sweet moment between Christmas and New Year when people start to plan; there is time to think, and many of us will see a sudden spike in enquiries.
Are you ready? Here are some of our tips for getting yourselves set up for a relaxing festive period, whilst still leveraging every business opportunity that comes your way:
Trends
Be prepared by researching forthcoming trends. It’s an opportunity to connect with clients and potential clients by being up to date with the latest trends. You can also check out our recent blog on this here.
Lookbooks
Pre-prepare some Lookbooks. Store them in Files under ‘Archived’ in your Dashboard. Keep them organized with sensible File Names, ie, “Family Chile Lookbooks” OR “Honeymoon Sri Lanka Lookbooks.” Consider including indicative pricing in your Lookbooks to add an extra filter to be sure the enquiry is not just someone dreaming, but is really able to book.
Itinerary Templates
Tidy up your files, go back over old trips and create an arsenal of Itinerary Templates based on trips you’ve already done. Like the Lookbooks, these can be built around different types of trips, or maybe chose three of your favorites for your top five destinations. If you have a website, think about what your website is showcasing and make sure you have Content to continue that thread. For example, if you have lots of diving trips on your site, ensure you have some diving activities built in your Content Library, a few themed Lookbooks, and some top diving centric Itinerary Templates on standby.
